I was very pleased with our home here. It's very comfortable.
Things I love about our Korean Home: The outside entrance has an ornate asian brick and iron security gate. Very pretty. We have a video security phone so can buzz people in. Makes me feel like we should call it the Eller compound.
The front door opens into what we would call a mud room. There are cabinets for shoes, umbrellas, etc. Love that... When in Korea..... no shoes in the house. Except when I forget I'm in Korea and have to run back before the kids yell " do you have shoes on"
The Korean window, door screens. The house has decorative sliding doors and window shutters with frosted glass and wood designs. They are really neat. I need to find out what they are called. Fawzie told me once but I've forgotten.
5 bedrooms. Katie Ann is so thankful to have a space of her own.
Looking out at beautiful mountains. The landscape here reminds me of Ky, VA and W.VA.
