Morgan and Aaron played soccer in Busan this weekend. It's a 2 hours trip so M&A's day started at 5:45. Four different foreign schools attended the tournament. It was such a fun day. The weather was sunny, mild and the mountain backdrop gorgeous. The younger kids enjoyed the playground.
They each played 4 games. The girls won 3 out 4 with Morgan kicking the winning goal on the first game. The boys won 1 of 4 -- not as good a day for them. The playing field wasn't as level. One team they played were all seniors. They enjoyed themselves anyway. The girls group is so cohesive. Really fun watching them play together. The boys get along well but the language barrier is difficult.
Dr. George, Mr. Jones and Bromstein coach the teams and do a terrific job with the kids. We got back home around 8, we were all worn out. Morgan sprained her ankle pretty bad and Aaron jammed his fingers. We spent Sunday recuperating.
